What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What is your exchange policy?
We will offer replacements in the event that an item arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out promptly with your receipt and issue.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) before they are shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package is shipped we are not responsible for any delays. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
My order is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived.
If there are any issues with delivery, please reach out to your local mail carrier. Keep in mind orders are often marked "delivered" prematurely.
Where are your products manufactured?
All products are handmade in the USA.
